What we do
Some of the ways we can help
Whether it is one stubborn laptop or a whole office network, the approach is the same: work out what is actually wrong, tell you honestly what it will take, then fix it.
Home computer help
Slow laptops, forgotten passwords, printers that refuse, photos you cannot find, and the pop-up that will not go away. Repairs, setup and rescue.
Small business IT
Microsoft 365, email that works, backups you can actually restore from, and sensible security. Ongoing support, or a hand as and when you need it.
Wifi and networks
Blackspots, dropouts and guest wifi done properly — including separate networks for staff, visitors and card machines so they cannot see each other.
Websites
Websites for small businesses. Built to be quick, easy to update yourself, and straightforward to look after.
AI consultancy
AI without the jargon or the fear factor. A plain-English walkthrough of what modern AI tools and automation can actually do for you — at home or at work — so you can save time on the boring stuff and stop worrying you are being left behind.
VoIP and telephony
Business phone systems built from the ground up. Proper VoIP that works over your existing internet, with handsets, softphones and call routing that makes sense.
How it works
Simple, and no surprises
-
Tell us what is happening
Describe it however makes sense to you. "It makes a noise and then stops" is a perfectly good starting point.
-
We tell you the price first
You get a straight answer on cost and whether it is worth fixing at all before we start. If it is not, we will say so.
-
It gets fixed, and explained
Remotely where possible, in person where it is not. Then a plain-English explanation of what went wrong and how to avoid it next time.
Why us
A small team that remembers your name
You will not be passed between departments or read a script at. You deal with the same people every time, which means we already know how your setup is put together and what you have tried before.
We have spent years untangling networks, servers and the sort of small everyday problems that quietly eat an afternoon. The technical side is genuinely interesting to us. It does not have to be interesting to you.
Questions
Things people ask before getting in touch
Do you charge just to look at it?
No. Tell us what is happening and we will give you an honest idea of the cost before anything starts. If it is not worth repairing, we will tell you that too.
Will you make me feel stupid?
Never. Not knowing how something works is not the same as being daft, and most computer problems are the computer being unreasonable rather than you doing anything wrong.
Can you help without visiting?
Often, yes. A lot of problems can be sorted remotely once you let us connect. Anything involving cables, hardware or wifi coverage usually needs a visit in person.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Contract terms depend on the sort of work involved. Ask when you get in touch and we will explain the options plainly before anything is agreed.
Something not working?
Tell us what it is doing and we will tell you what it will take to put right. No obligation, no jargon.
